Residence Deposits

To pay by debit through online banking, add “Luther College” as a payee to your on-line banking account (account number = student ID number) and make a payment for your security deposit ($400).

To pay for your deposit(s) in person, please visit us in the Financial & Residence Services Office (LC 110), Luther College at the University of Regina, 3737 Wascana Parkway, Regina, SK. VISA, MasterCard, VISA Debit, and MasterCard Debit are all accepted.

Metered parking is available on the south (Lot 10M) and east (along the sidewalk) side of the campus.

Step One:
Login to your online banking.

Step Two:
Select send Interac E-Transfer.

Step Three:
Add a new contact/recipient.
Please note: You may be required to enter a security question for set up, however it will not be used in the transaction.

Step Four:
Add the required details.
Name: Luther College
Email address: luther.finance@uregina.ca
Preferred language: English
If asked how to notify the recipient, please select email.

Step Five:
Using the contact information found in Step Four, please fill out the require details to send the E-Transfer.

IMPORTANT!
In the Message Box, YOU MUST include the following information for who the transaction pertains to:
First name
Last name
Student ID number
Reason for E-Transfer (damage deposit and/or room deposit)

Failure to include the information above will result in delays in your payment being applied to your account.

Step Six:
Submit the E-Transfer.

Please note: A service fee based on your bank plan may apply. Luther College is registered for auto-deposit, therefore, Luther will receive the funds immediately and a security question and answer will not be required.
