Join us on Sunday, March 12, 2023, as the Luther Parent Committee hosts its eighth annual fundraiser, the Black & Gold Brunch, in support of Luther College High School.
The event will include entertainment throughout brunch, as well as a silent auction, gift card wall and other engaging activities to keep our guests entertained.
The Black & Gold Brunch will be held in the Merlis Belsher Heritage Centre, as it will perfectly house the 200+ Luther parents, friends, faculty, and students predicted to attend this event.
Proceeds from this year's event will fund new AV equipment for the Merlis Belsher Heritage Centre and an information technology cart with a goal of reaching $30,000. This area was selected because technology touches all students attending Luther College High School. We want our faculty to have access to new technology so they can continue their high level of teaching and students to have access to new technology which can better support their learning. With these AV upgrades come better communication, energy efficiency, and more engaged students. New AV equipment will enhance each one of our major events such as our annual musical, Candlelight Services, multicultural night, our daily chapel time, and all our sporting events held in the Merlis Belsher Heritage Centre.
Parents/Caregivers: We Need Your Support!
Please consider signing up as a volunteer to assist on the day with tasks such as set-up, bussing tables, serving food and take down. You can sign up here and a member of the parent committee will be in contact with you soon. Please note as this is a fundraiser, we as parents have agreed that even though we are volunteering.
