The first choice for high school to university transition.
Luther College at the University of Regina encourages you to dream big. Our academic advisors and entrance counsellors will help you find your passion. Our instructors will help you to explore, learn, and transform that passion into a meaningful career.
Luther College students are University of Regina (U of R) students, and receive a U of R certificate, diploma, or degree upon graduation.
Caring and knowledgeable academic advisors provide one-on-one support, information, and advice. You can meet with an academic advisor every semester to assist you in meeting your academic goals.
Whether you know what you want to study, or you are still contemplating, our enrolment counsellors are here to help. Book a personalized enrolment counselling appointment to learn how to apply, explore your options, and discover award opportunities.
Optional first-year programs that bundle classes from Luther College and the U of R to give you a great start and help smooth the transition from high school to university. Learning with others who have similar interests will help you form study groups, feel supported, and make friends.
We are committed to student success and offer over $100,000 in awards to entering and continuing Luther College students each year. This is in addition to the scholarships and bursaries awarded by the University of Regina, and available to all Luther College students.
Strong writing skills are important at university and throughout life. Our dedicated WAD Coordinator develops writing-specific assignments and delivers student workshops, lectures, and one-on-one instruction throughout the year.
Small class sizes means opportunities to connect with your professors and classmates. This is one of the reasons Luther College is recognized for high standards of teaching.
Luther College nurtures intellectual, emotional, and spiritual growth for students of all faiths and backgrounds. Our chapel is often buzzing with meaningful conversation and soulful discussion with Pastor Sean, students, faculty, and staff.
The best choice for first-year student accommodation. Our student residence has 219 private rooms and 24-hour residence staff on-site. All rooms have been completely renovated and come with a meal plan, free laundry, free wi-fi, and a great sense of community.
The Luther Cafeteria is open seven days a week. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of healthy, nutritious meals right on campus, even on weekends. Self-serve food stations and our all-you-care-to-eat concept make this one of the best meal choices on campus. Everyone is welcome!
"I chose to study Science through Luther because of its reputation for providing students with individual attention. I enjoy the community atmosphere, and the easily accessible academic advising. Luther supports pre-professional students particularly well by giving them access to knowledgeable academic advisors and staff members."
